Don't really remember the name of the documentary but we were shown this BBC movie about Andrew Wiles and Fermat's Last Theorem in high school and it was pretty good.
The man who knew infinte is one of the best in my opinion.

A beautiful mind is my favourite.
Good Will Hunting isn't too much about math but a pretty inspirational one about a man who is good at math.
