Anybody got good tips on how to stay focused while doing math? I keep on getting distracted and drifting off.

Sleep, exercise, and being healthy all play a huge role in maintaining focus.

Try to cut time off social media. That could help.

Eating good always works for me.

20 minutes spurts. Remember to take breaks and stay hydrated and drink water.
