Scientific notation - gorkie - 01-14-2022

Does scientific notation have to be at one decimal place?

RE: Scientific notation - Kevin - 01-14-2022

What do you mean?

RE: Scientific notation - gorkie - 01-14-2022

For example, like 4.6 x 10^22. It can't be 0.46 x 10^23 right?

RE: Scientific notation - Kevin - 01-14-2022

Yes, 4.6 x 10^22 would be preferred.
